Fours years of hard work, dedication, and consistency! Who would have known that borrowing $600 from my parents to purchase a Cricut cutting machine and a heat press would have led to a successful business. ....And so it begins, it was 2019, I was in my sophomore year of college at Winthrop University Rock Hill, SC. I literally started my business in my dorm room in the Courtyard Residence Hall. Fast forward 3 years later, I have secured a store front location in Rock Hill, SC, which is 10 mins away from the exact residence hall where MissToo Made It was founded.
The name “MissToo Made It” is a nickname that I acquired as a child and was given to me by my mother. This nickname was always so fitting for me, and even to this day, my mother still calls me "MissToo" along with so many others. Therefore, I found it very fitting to incorporate my childhood nickname into my business name. MissToo Made It is a Greek Boutique specializing in custom greek paraphernalia for 8 of the 9 Divine Nine organizations.
I never imagined myself being a full-time entrepreneur! However, I am completely humbled and grateful for the opportunity. I am a 2020 Graduate of Winthrop University with a BS in Business Administration and Concentration in Healthcare Management. I held a position in healthcare for one year during undergrad and four months post grad, in which I immediately left to pursue MissToo Made It full time. It’s been two years since I’ve been a full-time entrepreneur, and I still can not believe this is my life. This journey has not always been easy, but I wouldn’t trade it in for anything!
