As the clock striked midnight and we welcomed the new year, I found myself reflecting on the past and eagerly anticipating what lies ahead. Truth be told, 2023 was a year that could be described as "okay." But deep within, I feel a stirring, a sense that there's more waiting for me in the days ahead.
As I embark on this journey into 2024, I'm choosing vulnerability and transparency. I believe there's power in sharing our aspirations and vulnerabilities, and I hope my journey resonates with others.
This year, I'm setting my sights on personal growth and rediscovery. The events of the past year have led me to a place where I'm yearning to focus more on myself. I've named this journey "Jadesha," a commitment to invest in my own well-being, aspirations, and personal development.
Central to this pursuit is my desire to deepen my relationship with God. I've realized that nurturing my spirituality is key to finding purpose and guidance in all aspects of life. Through prayer, reflection, and intentional practice, I hope to strengthen this foundational aspect of my life.
Additionally, I've set tangible goals for 2024. One of them is to read a new book each month. I've always found solace and wisdom within the pages of a good book, and I believe this commitment will not only broaden my knowledge but also provide new perspectives.
Discipline is another area I'm eager to cultivate. From maintaining a regular gym routine to focusing on my business endeavors and setting achievable personal goals, I'm determined to instill discipline into various facets of my life. I understand it won't be easy, but I'm ready for the challenge.
