Hello Lovelies,

Recently, I had the privilege of attending the "Women Of Impact" Brunch hosted by my dear college friend turned sister, Niageria Bey. This was her second year organizing this empowering event, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations set by the inaugural brunch.

The theme of the event, "Where Flowers Bloom," perfectly encapsulated the essence of the afternoon—a celebration of growth, beauty, and resilience. Niageria's vision was clear: to create a space where like-minded women could come together, share their stories, and ignite their inner strength.

The brunch featured three empowering speakers, each covering different topics that resonated deeply with the audience. First, Mrs. Kisha Smith spoke on the Power of Relationships, reminding us of the impact meaningful connections have on our personal and professional lives.

Next, Mrs. Brea Smith shared her insights on the Power of Forgiveness, touching many hearts with her own journey of healing and the transformative power of forgiveness in overcoming adversity.

Closing out the lineup was my Soror, Karina Young, who provided valuable insights on navigating social media. Her words served as a reminder of the importance of authenticity and using our platforms to uplift and inspire others.

As I looked around the room, I was struck by the sight of so many beautiful young black women gathered together, empowering each other and celebrating their achievements. The sense of unity and sisterhood was palpable, and I couldn't help but feel grateful to be in the presence of such incredible women.

And of course, I couldn't help but feel fabulous in my hot pink dress from one of my favorite boutiques, Lilly's Kloset. Niageria had requested that attendees wear shades of pink to align with the theme, and it was a sight to behold—women embracing their femininity and strength in solidarity.

In conclusion, the "Women Of Impact" Brunch was more than just a gathering—it was a celebration of empowerment, resilience, and sisterhood. To Niageria Bey and all the women who made this event possible, thank you for creating a space where women can come together, celebrate their achievements, and inspire each other to reach new heights. Here's to many more years of impact, empowerment, and sisterhood.
